Content Moderation

We actively moderate all user-submitted content, including photos and images, before it is published on our website. Our moderation process includes reviewing content for copyright violations, inappropriate material, and compliance with our Terms of Service.

  6. Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.

Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Promptly review the notice to verify its validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) about the takedown
  • Take appropriate action against repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service

We will respond to valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days of receipt.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the content that was removed
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users who repeatedly upload copyrighted material without authorization may have their access to upload features permanently revoked.

False Claims

Please be aware that submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We take false claims seriously and will pursue appropriate legal action when necessary.

Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that you have a good faith belief that the content actually infringes your copyright. If you are unsure, consider consulting with an attorney.
